Project Management Services

Attend Construction Meetings - Our project managers will be on site to coordinate the furniture installation with the construction schedule.

Site Preparation - Our Project Management team will confirm critical dimensions and verify voice/data and electrical placement.

Project Administration - Our team will monitor the vendor(s) manufacturing and shipping logistics for your project. We will coordinate the delivery with the installation phases to ensure a smooth installation.

Coordinate With Other Trades - Our team will coordinate with the delivery and install with other trades to maintain a best use schedule.

Punch-List Follow-up - Our Project Managers will create the punch-list process and communicate weekly progress reports through to completion.


Facilities Resource Group, Inc. is filling the service requirements for contract furniture users.

We will provide cost effective project management for contractors, GSA (Government Services Administration) and corporate end-users. We plan to support installation projects along the central Gulf Coast to manage planning, site work and installation through move in.
